We have been based in Atlanta, Georgia since our inception and being born and bred in this state we have no intention of leaving this beautiful part of the world. We have always wished to excel in giving people the right advice in where to move in Atlanta, or even out of the city into the suburbs. We have always been a big believer that anyone who receives good advice from us, will consider using our services in the future.

Our first client, who still uses our services today, is Roberto Muzzi-Modesto, who came to us needing some advice about where he could find premium offices to fit his carpets. Instead of telling him that wasn't our service, we helped someone new to the area bed in and find business. The next time we saw Roberto he needed to find himself executive office space in Atlanta, he didn't go to an agency he came straight back to us where he procured 5,000 square foot and put his on the real estate map.
